Hellfire

Perhaps the most interesting and disturbing bit in any Disney movie is Hellfire from the Hunchback of Notre Dame (well, also Night on Bald Mountain from Fantasia), here in LEGO formby Jordan Schwartz.

Protect me, Maria
Don't let this siren cast her spell
Don't let her fire sear my flesh and bone
Destroy Esmeralda
And let her taste the fires of Hell
Or else let her be mine and mine alone

Hey, this is probably the only thing I'll ever be able to cross-post between GodBricks and DisneyBricks!

  1. What about the section in Mr. Toad's Wild Ride where at the end of the ride you go literally to hell. That would fit too. Great blog by the way!

  2. I didn't even let my kid to watch that part of Hunchback because it was so creepy and misogynistic. Go, Disney.
At least Night on Bald Mountain was straight-up, wholesome scary. Anybody done that one in LEGO, yet?

  3. Hey Devlin - You MOC it and I'll feature it!

BBB - Yes, Joe Meno did a great version of the demon from Fantasia several years back, winning a 'Disney Villains Contest'. I posted this on DisneyBricks.
